Hackathon Tracks

Choose your technical alignment pathway. Build AI-driven solutions to solve real-world industry bottlenecks.

Track 1

Operation Excellence & Delivery

Problem Statement

Software transformation projects take too long and cost too much to plan, staff, and deliver. This track asks teams to use GenAI and Agentic AI to make project planning and execution faster, leaner, and more efficient, using the rollout of core banking systems (Loan Origination, Loan Management, and Collections) as the working example.

Example Directions

AI tools that speed up requirements gathering and documentation, generate or review code faster, assist with testing, or track project progress and flag delivery risks.

Track 2

Customer Intelligence & Process Optimization Platform

Problem Statement

Company knowledge such as meetings, emails, chats, documents, and customer data is scattered across systems, making it hard to get quick, trustworthy answers. This track asks teams to build an AI system that pulls this knowledge together into one place, lets people ask questions in plain language, and respects who's allowed to see what.

Example Directions

AI-powered search or chat tools that pull answers from multiple data sources, summarize scattered information, or recommend process improvements based on patterns in the data.

Track 3

Intelligent Meeting Capture & Knowledge Consolidation

Problem Statement

Important meeting details like spoken discussions, whiteboard sketches, presentation slides, and key decisions are often lost because most recording tools only capture audio and miss everything else happening in the room. This track asks teams to use GenAI to build an assistant that captures a meeting more completely and turns it into a clear, organized, and secure summary.

Example Directions

AI note-takers that transcribe conversations with speaker attribution, combine whiteboard or slide content into the summary, and automatically extract decisions and action items.
